Yes. hora includes a 7-day cardless trial in the native app before you choose a Direct plan.
Is there a one-time purchase option?
No new Lifetime plan is available. Direct currently offers Monthly and Annual subscriptions.
Can I buy on the App Store?
Yes. hora is also available on the Mac App Store.
Can I share my license with my family?
Family Sharing is available for eligible purchases through the Mac App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel an Annual plan before its renewal date. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do you send a reminder email before renewing?
Renewal reminders and purchase communication are handled through the checkout and account flow for your edition.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of any Direct payment, without giving a reason. Later requests are reviewed case by case. A refund and cancellation of automatic renewal are separate actions, so tell support which outcome you need.
What happens after my subscription expires?
When an Annual plan ends, you can renew it or choose another available edition to continue using Direct access.
The Direct installer is notarized and updates through the Direct release channel. Checkout and license management are handled securely by RevenueCat and Paddle.
