By downloading or using Hora Calendar ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Description of Service

Hora Calendar is a native macOS application for calendar management. The App communicates with third-party APIs you choose to connect, including Google Calendar and optional Zoom integration.

Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services

• A Google account is required to use core calendar functionality.
• Zoom connection is optional and used only when you choose Zoom as a meeting provider.
• Your use of connected services is also governed by their own terms:
  • Google Terms of Service
  • Zoom Terms of Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected account credentials and access to your device.

Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for lawful calendar and meeting-management purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Do not use the App to violate applicable laws, platform rules, or third-party provider policies.

Data and Authorization

• The App uses OAuth authorization flows to access connected provider APIs on your behalf.
• You may disconnect provider access at any time from provider account settings and from Hora settings.
• Details about data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

The App depends on third-party provider availability (for example Google and Zoom APIs). Features relying on those providers may be unavailable, limited, or changed without notice if provider services or APIs change.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from or related to your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
